Lucas began his career working in retail sales, but his passion for real estate lead him to break into the property industry. Upon meeting Glynis, he was impressed by her drive and work ethic and asked to join her team to gain experience. Glynis was impressed by his attitude and commitment to client relationships, and since then he has become an integral part of Glynis Austin Properties.
